Who we are

Canmore Properties (canmoreproperties.ca) is an independent real estate information website operated by Serenium AI (“we”, “us”). We are not a real estate brokerage. Real estate services are provided by licensed Alberta brokerages and their licensees, who are regulated by the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

What we collect

When you submit a form, book a call or request a calculator report, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, your buying or selling timeline and budget, and anything you write in a message. We also collect standard technical data (pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address) through analytics tools.

How we use it and who we share it with

Enquiries are shared with a licensed Alberta REALTOR® we introduce you to so a licensed REALTOR® can respond to you. We use the information to answer your request, send the resources you asked for, and, only with your consent, send occasional market updates. We do not sell your information. Service providers that process data on our behalf (form handling, email delivery, analytics, hosting) may store it in Canada or the United States.

Consent and unsubscribing

Consistent with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, we send commercial email only with your express consent. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the contact form.

Your rights

Under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond within the statutory period.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use the site.
